Fire Damage to the Mountain Lake Services office building on Main Street in Port Henry

Damage to the business office due to the fire on Main Street; the business office had to be relocated.

One of the agency's minivans, used to provide services to people we support, was destroyed by fire.

Another view of the van which has been completely destroyed by the fire. Another damaged vehicle can be seen in the background.

The employee break area in the Helen F. McDonald Center had some damage from an apparent attempt to start a fire.

An artificial Christmas Tree also showed signs of an apparent failed attempt to start a fire.

Windows to the conference room in the Helen F. McDonald Center had been smashed.

An apparent attempt to set the conference room curtains on fire was also unsuccessful due to the effectiveness of the fireproof materials.

Perhaps the most heartbreaking loss for us was the loss of much of the handiwork of our Mountain Weaver's Guild from their display area in the Main Street building's storefront. Here, a melted louver from an air-conditioning unit has fallen on one of the baskets.

Additional damage to the Mountain Weaver's Guild display area and their ruined baskets.

This office area housed our Home and Community Based Services office; the main fire was in this area.

As can be seen in these photographs, this part of the building had extensive fire damage.

Another interior view of the offices on Main Street showing the severity of the fire damage.

In this view you can see the disruption to the office space; the object on the left is a copier.

A closeup view shows the effect of the fire on the copier; the plastic housing has melted away.
